HireVietDev offers the following services:

  • Talent matching between clients and Vietnamese software developers

  • Developer sourcing and resume collection

  • Optional workspace and employment contracting support

All services are intended for business clients seeking development resources and are managed on a case-by-case basis by our internal team.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting or using any service from HireVietDev, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information to facilitate matching

  • Respect local labor laws and fair working conditions

  • Use the provided information (e.g., developer resumes) solely for hiring or collaboration purposes

  • Not resell or misuse any personal information of candidates

4. Payment Terms

  • All service fees are billed according to the selected package or custom agreement

  • Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer)

  • No refunds will be issued after resume access or introduction is made, unless otherwise agreed

5. Data Use & Confidentiality

  • We collect personal and professional information from developers solely for the purpose of employment matching

  • Customer contact and company information will be kept confidential unless explicitly approved for marketing or testimonials

  • Under no circumstance will we sell, trade, or use any developer or client data for purposes unrelated to recruitment and matching

6. Developer Rights

  • Developers may request modification or removal of their profile at any time by contacting us

  • We may verify information before displaying it to clients

7. Limitation of Liability

  • All services are provided “as is” without warranty of specific hiring outcomes

  • We are not responsible for disputes, miscommunication, or legal issues between clients and hired developers

  • Clients are solely responsible for due diligence before making any contractual or financial decisions

8. Legal Compliance

  • Clients and developers must comply with all applicable employment and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR)

  • Misuse of provided information may result in suspension or legal action

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend access to our services for users violating these Terms

  • Custom agreements may be terminated by either party with prior written notice

10. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via the Site

  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
