We act as your local hiring proxy and sign employment contracts on your behalf. Includes salary disbursement, social insurance registration, and local compliance. ※ An advance deposit equivalent to 1 month’s salary is required upon contract start. For example, if the monthly salary is $1,200, the initial deposit is $2,400(first month’s salary + 1-month reserve). This reserve covers termination notice obligations or immediate dismissal compensation as required by local labor law. |
